My approach
An AI-native boutique, built this way on purpose. While the AI consulting market bifurcates between enterprise firms selling slide decks and generalist freelancers, I operate in the space between: deep domain expertise in regulated industries, delivered with the agility and personalisation of a boutique. The same AI systems I deploy for clients power my own practice.
My focus is on healthcare, legal, and financial services: industries where AI implementation demands rigour, compliance awareness, and genuine domain understanding. Domain-specific AI consultants command 30-40% fee premiums over generalists for a reason: generic solutions don't survive contact with regulated workflows. I build deployed systems (agentic workflows, document automation, knowledge engines) that run in production with compliance built in from day one, whether that means HIPAA and FDA in the US, GDPR and the EU AI Act in Europe, or SOX and audit-trail requirements in finance.
