My approach
An AI-native boutique, built this way on purpose. While the AI market splits between enterprise firms selling slide decks and generalist freelancers, I operate in the space between: senior expertise, delivered with the agility and personalisation of a boutique. The same AI systems I build for clients power my own practice.
I hold a Master of Science in AI and Healthcare from the Hasso-Plattner-Institute, and I founded MindAhead, a digital health company, before spending 5+ years putting AI to work inside real businesses. That background means I build systems that actually ship: content and outreach engines that bring clients in, and workflow automations (document drafting, inbox triage, reporting, scheduling) that give your team its hours back. Wired into the tools you already use, running in production, not stuck in a deck.
